We understand how stressful it is when you are out to look for a home to settle – as in most situations, you may have a wish-list of your own that you want to tick when searching for a rental property but very often, prospective tenant don’t match up – either with a few things missing from the wish-list or the rental property may not be available from the date that you want. And then the hassle of finding forms, going through the formalities – most importantly, to know all your rights and obligations to have a good healthy relationship with your landlord (or property manager acting on their behalf).
We are here to make your life simpler – we will guide you through the processes (only for the property or properties we are marketing), explain to you your legal rights and obligations as a tenant, your expectation from your landlord (or property manager acting on their behalf) and your tenancy on the whole. We will give more details on various points, including legislative obligations, at the time of first contact in person – we work to take the hassle away for both, the landlord as well as the tenant.
As property managers, we will be available on all weekdays and we will give you a contact number for urgent situations after hours or during the weekends.
